What is TalkBack in Android?
TalkBack in Android phone is kind of accessibility service for the visually impaired users which uses feedback like voice, vibration, and spoken word. The service cannot be uninstalled from your device but it has an option to turn off if you don’t need it.
For various reasons you might find the option turned ON and it’s quite frustrating trying to navigate about your phone due to the constant voice feedback on anything you touch and vibrations.

In TalkBack mode, you have to tap twice for an option to open and to scroll up or down a page you will use two fingers instead of the usual one. So if you get stuck here then follow the steps below to turn OFF TalkBack in Android.
The only way is to look for accessibility option in settings and turn it off but also you can follow the steps listed below for more options.
