Download the Factory Signed ITEL S661L Firmware OFFICIAL Latest Version. This file will fix;

How to Flash Itel S661L:

Download the files.
Extract File.
Open the spd flash tool and run UpgradeDownload.exe
Click load packet button, select a PAC file from the downloaded flash file folder.
Wait for firmware to load
Then click on the download button
Switch off the phone and press the volume up and down simultaneously and Plugin Data Cable.
Flashing will start waiting until flashing occurs.

Note: During flashing, do not remove the data cable from the phone, otherwise the phone can go into dead mode.
